December 2, 2010 — WWE Superstars

Mark Henry d. Goldust (3:25 ~ Powerslam)
The World’s Strongest Man looked more like the World’s Strongest Monster in his complete dismantling of Goldust tonight on Superstars. Henry had an insert promo during the bout in which he promoted himself as a “Monster for Hire” and said that anyone with a problem needing to be solved should call him. He said he’s willing to destroy anything or anyone for the right price.

In a pre-recorded promo, former Television champion Nigel McGuinness said he may have underestimated Big Zeke last Monday. He congratulated the new champion but told him to defend it well and be careful who he makes as an enemy. He has his sights set on Intercontinental champion Jack Swagger now and plans to fill the empty space on his shoulder by defeating the All-American American at Final Battle.

Drew McIntyre & Wade Barrett {W} d. El Fragilico {L} & Trent Barretta (5:18 ~ Wasteland)
The Marauders may have lost their opportunity to compete in the world tag team title tournament, but they didn’t waste time getting back into contention, dominating their opponents tonight. During the bout, William Regal had an insert promo with Sheamus, promising to bring the Marauders gold at Final Battle against Nexus’s Ezekiel Jackson. Sheamus said it takes a beast to beat a beast, and Sheamus will take back his title.

Backstage, The Miz was interviewed and the Must-See Superstar said he’s had to deal with sneak attacks from Edge for weeks now. He said that last Monday, the Rated R Superstar got what he deserved. He told Edge not to try and play mind games with him because he’s too smart for that. At Final Battle, he said this would end and he’s going to sky rocket himself in to a world title match.

This Monday on Raw, former Legacy teammates face off as Randy Orton takes on Ted DiBiase! Also, The Miz promises to show Edge what he’s capable of when he takes on the submission specialist Daniel Bryan! And we’ll find out who the final team in the world tag team title tournament will be when a special drawing is held to determine the last semi-finalist!

World Tag Team Championship Tournament:
Paul London & Brian Kendrick {W} d. Joseph Hennig & Ray Gordy {L}

The former champions are back in the driver’s seat en route to a Final Battle date with Cody Rhodes and Ted DiBiase! London and Kendrick looked nearly incredible tonight against a surprisingly formidable Fortunate Sons team, and will certainly be a force to be reckoned with in the tournament and in the tag team division going forward.

December 6, 2010 — WWE Monday Night Raw

Agent Sheffield d. Goldust (4:18 ~ S3)
Sheffield requested this match as a showcase for Matt Striker, trying to prove to the Intercontinental champion’s agent how ruthless and aggressive he can be as a wrestler. But Striker seemed more engaged with a potential client on his phone. After his victory, Sheffield grabbed the phone and crushed it with his bare hands! The crowd reacted positively until Jack Swagger came to the ring and berated his security guard back to the locker room.

In a pre-recorded promo, world champion MVP said he’d be at ringside watching Randy Orton’s match tonight. He wants the Viper to know that his dance with Ghetto Strong Style is imminent. He promised to retain the championship and head into the new year as the best wrestler in the world.

Kofi Kingston & Kaval {W} d. Joseph Hennig & Ray Gordy {L} (7:20 ~ Warrior’s Way)
The duo of Kingston and Kaval picks up a great tag team win over the former champions tonight. This team is looking like they could be the wildcard in the tag team tournament. During the bout, an insert video featured the drawing of the fourth and final entrant into the tournament. The team that will be facing Kingston and Kaval will be the Nexus!

Backstage, the Nexus reacted to being chosen to participate in the tag team title tournament. Punk said that after they ended the year early for John Cena and Rey Mysterio two weeks ago, they deserve to be world champions. Gregory Shane Helms announced that he and Punk would be facing Kofi and Kaval at Final Conflict and said they’d leave Madison Square Garden with the world tag team titles.

Tyson Kidd d. Paul London (9:16 ~ Sharpshooter)
Two of the most awe-inspiring cruiserweights on the roster put on a wrestling clinic tonight, but the Nexus’s Canadian hot shot was able to upend London tonight as Brian Kendrick looked on. Kidd saluted the Nexus and slapped his armband proudly after the match.

Next, Edge cut an in-ring promo saying that in two weeks he has the opportunity most wrestling fans have spent the last several months dreaming of: shutting The Miz up for good. He said he requested an Extreme Rules match because after Final Conflict there will be no doubt who’s better. Pulling tights is legal. Tables are legal. Chairs are legal. Ladders are legal. And he plans on going into 2011 as the top contender to the world championship.

The Miz d. Daniel Bryan (7:29 ~ Skull Crushing Finale)
A fantastic win tonight for the Awesome One over the submission specialist Bryan. Miz looked like he was in several tough submission spots, but was ultimately bit Bryan’s hand to escape and hit the Skull Crushing Finale to win the bout. After the match, Edge hit the ring behind his back and dropped Miz with a Spear once again!

In a pre-recorded promo, former Television champ Nigel McGuinness was shown at a bar. He asked how Jack Swagger was preparing for his championship defense at Final Conflict. Nigel said he’d show Swagger how he’s preparing to take the title from him and proceeded to grab get in a bar fight, ultimately breaking his bar stool over the man’s back! McGuinness looked at the camera and said he’d see Swagger soon.

This week on Superstars, Television champion Ezekiel Jackson and his Final Conflict challenger Sheamus will both be in action! With these two combatants so close to their battle at MSG, can the building handle Big Zeke and the Celtic Warrior?

Randy Orton d. Ted DiBiase (10:27 ~ RKO)
The Viper dropped his former Legacy teammate after a thrilling contest to continue his dominance in the heavyweight division. With MVP watching from ringside, Orton stared straight at the world champion while making his pinfall. After the match, MVP climbed into the ring and held the belt high, taunting Orton. Orton began to walk away before turning quickly and hitting an RKO on the champion! The Viper smiled and said that’s all it takes before slithering away as the show drew to a close…

December 9, 2010 — WWE Superstars

Sheamus d. Trent Baretta (4:03 ~ Celtic Cross)
The Celtic Warrior is determined to dethrone Ezekiel Jackson at Final Conflict, and if he can hit the Cross like he did tonight, we may be looking at a two-time champion. After the match, Sheamus grabbed the mic and warned Nexus’s Big Zeke that he would be getting a closer look during his title defense tonight.

The Raw Rewind played, highlighting MVP’s harsh words for his Final Conflict challenger Randy Orton, ultimately resulting in the Viper cutting off a surprise attack by the world champion with a lightning-quick RKO.

Nigel McGuinness d. Cody Rhodes (12:29 ~ Tower of London)
With his Intercontinental title shot mere nights away, McGuinness wasn’t going to let Striker Management’s “Dashing” Cody Rhodes derail his momentum. After the match, Jack Swagger hit the ring to attack Nigel, but McGuinness hit him with a devastating Jawbreaker Lariat and scurried from the ring before Ted DiBiase could hit the ring.

In this week’s Raw Reveal, never-before seen footage from last Monday’s Raw was played as Agent Sheffield was stewing backstage after having been chastised by IC champion Jack Swagger. Matt Striker came over to him and said he doesn’t have room in Striker Management for wrestlers who can’t look out for the team. Sheffiled asked when Striker or Swagger had ever looked out for him and stormed off.

This Monday’s Raw is the last show before Final Conflict! The leader of the Nexus, CM Punk, will face Kofi Kingston! Jack Swagger and The Miz team up to face Edge and Nigel McGuinness! And in our main event, world champion MVP teams with “Dashing” Cody Rhodes and Ted DiBiase to face “The Viper” Randy Orton, Paul London, and Brian Kendrick!

WWE Television Championship:
Ezekiel Jackson d. El Fragilico
(3:50 ~ Book of Ezekiel)
The Breakable Luchador has never looked so fragile as he did in the hands of the TV champion, as the Nexus’s bruiser tore apart Fragilico en route to a decisive win in our main event tonight. The real story came after the match when Sheamus came to the ring and started mouthing off to Jackson. The two started shoving one another and a huge brawl erupted, ultimately forcing the Marauders and Nexus to separate the two monsters!

December 13, 2010 — WWE Monday Night Raw

Kaval d. Gregory Shane Helms (6:39 ~ Warrior’s Way)
With the tag team championship semi-finals six days away, the World Warrior notched an impressive singles win over Nexus’s GSH and lifts his and Kofi Kingston’s stock heading into Final Conflict. GSH was furious after the match, but later in the night, CM Punk assured him that they would end the year as world champions.

In a pre-recorded promo, Sheamus addressed his pull-apart brawl with the TV champion Ezekiel Jackson last Thursday on Superstars. The Celtic Warrior said Big Zke is very lucky the Nexus came to save him, but this Sunday it’s one-on-one, monster versus monster. And he intends to end 2010 with championship gold around his waist.

Jack Swagger & The Miz {W} d. Edge {L} & Nigel McGuinness (10:47 ~ Skull Crushing Finale)
The Miz is riding high after finally felling Edge in this tag team encounter tonight, but it came with the assistance of a low blow unseen by the referee. With IC champion Swagger brawling with McGuinness on the outside, Miz used the distraction to hit the illegal move and pin the Rated R Superstar.

Backstage, Matt Striker responded to the locker room footage of Agent Sheffield’s defiance on last week’s Raw Reveal. He said he’d spoken to “Skip”, and he was assured that this Sunday he’d have his head in the right place and make sure to protect Striker Management’s crown jewel, Jack Swagger and his Intercontinental title.

CM Punk d. Kofi Kingston (8:26 ~ GTS)
The leader of the Nexus helped his team regain some momentum by defeating Kingston tonight. After the match, Nexus hit the ring and was about to brutalize Kofi, but Kaval hit the ring with a chair, sending Neus scattering. This should be a very interesting semi-final bout on Sunday.

In a pre-recorded promo, the Nexus beast and TV champion Ezekiel Jackson said he was sorry for the brawl between himself and Sheamus this past Thursday. He was sorry he didn’t get to finish the job he was starting. But on Sunday, the only person who’ll be able to stop the beating will be the referee. And when he raises Zeke’s arm in victory, everyone will know who the resident monster in WWE is.

This Sunday night, the WWE’s final show of 2010 emanates from Madison Square Garden, as we present Final Conflict! Who will be crowned new world tag team champions? Can Edge finally shut The Miz’s mouth in an Extreme Rules bout? Who will end the year with the prestigous Interconitnental belt; current champion Jack Swagger or Nigel McGuinness? And in the main event, world champion MVP defends his championship against Randy Orton! Will Ghetto Strong Style be enough to overcome the lightning quick strike of The Viper?

Randy Orton {W}, London and Kendrick d. MVP, Cody Rhodes {L} & Ted DiBiase (14:57 ~ RKO)
The Viper strikes again! Orton had the world champion set up for the RKO, but MVP pushed him off and hurried from the ring! Orton immediately and fluidly hit an RKO on Rhodes to score the victory for himself, London, and Kendrick. The high-flying former tag team champions more than held their own and Raw ended with what looked like the favorites to end 2010 with world titles standing tall in the ring…

December 19, 2010 — WWE Final Conflict 2010

World Tag Team Championship Semi-Finals:
CM Punk & Gregory Shane Helms {W} d. Kofi Kingston & Kaval {L}
(12:38 ~ Shining Wizard)

Our final show of 2010 begins with the hottest group of wrestlers in WWE, Nexus, getting a huge tag team victory and sitting one win away from accomplishing their goal of holding world championship gold by the year’s end. In a hotly contested match, GSH was able to subdue the World Warrior to hand the fresh, young tag team the loss tonight.

World Tag Team Championship Semi-Finals:
Paul London & Brian Kendrick {W} d. Cody Rhodes & Ted DiBiase {L}
(7:05 ~ Small package)

London and Kendrick settle the score with Striker Management’s star tag team, as Kendrick surprised DiBiase to gain entry into the championship finals later tonight against Nexus’s Punk and Helms. The former tag team champions will look to end the year as world champions once again.

Television Championship:
Ezekiel Jackson n.c. Sheamus
(7:38 ~ double count-out)
After a brutal slugfest, neither man truly won, but Big Zeke retains the TV title as he and the Celtic Warrior were both counted out. The match highlights included both men kicking out of the other’s finisher, but the two brawled back to the locker room area and were ultimately counted out.

Extreme Rules:
Edge d. The Miz
(13:02 ~ Spear)
The Rated R Superstar scores a huge, decisive win tonight over The Miz! Edge and the Must-See Superstar battled all over the arena floor and into the crowd, and in the end, Miz’s huberous got the best of him. He allowed Edge to recover and hit the Spear for the pinfall victory. Both men certainly gained the respect of each other and the WWE Universe with this gutsy bout.

Intercontinental Championship:
Nigel McGuinness d. Jack Swagger
(11:39 ~ pinfall)
We will head into 2011 with a brand new Intercontinental champion! After a miscue ended up with Agent Sheffield nailing Swagger with a clothesline, Nigel took advantage and pinned the champion. After the match, Swagger berated Sheffield, ultimately slapping him across the face. Sheffield was infuriated and went after Swagger, but Jack fled, leaving Sheffield all alone with Striker. Swagger pleaded from the outside, but Sheffield hit Striker with the Third Strike! Sheffield left to a huge ovation from the crowd.

World Tag Team Championship Finals:
Paul London {W} & Brian Kendrick d. CM Punk {L} & Gregory Shane Helms
(15:18 ~ London Calling)
John Cena and Rey Mysterio made a shocking return tonight to cost Nexus their hopes of winning world championship gold! Mysterio caused the distraction, allowing Cena to break up an Anaconda Vice attempt and hit the Attitude Adjustment on Punk. After the London Calling, London and Kendrick walk out of MSG with the tag team titles!

World Heavyweight Championship:
MVP d. Randy Orton
(21:04 ~ Play of the Day)
After a tough battle, MVP retains the world championship and enters 2011 having vanquished Triple H, The Undertaker, and now Randy Orton! The Viper gave it all he had, but Ghetto Strong Style ruled the day when MVP hit the Play of the Day and secured the championship once again. The show ended with MVP holding the world title high and celebrating at the entrance in MSG…
